Since 2006 developed strategies for the development plan of precarious settlements in the neigborhood of Vila Leopoldina in order to support the 960 families of 2 slums, setting them in the region. This plan lays down guidelines for deployment in the neighborhood of housing, urban infrastructure, property rights guidelines as the status of the city and director of the strategic plan of the city.
The actions involved various public and private entities in a constant struggle for reconciliation of interests to build a better environment. By now. the actions were held to found the association of residents, process of landownership appropriation, and sewer.
