This is where we have to think change: For me, change means looking ahead and courageously thinking and shaping possible futures.
Looking reality in the eye and recognising things - from different perspectives. Change will never stop. Because the world turns, moves and changes, every day. Let us shape it with freedom and responsibility, with competition and compassion.

He holds a dual bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the Georg-August-University Göttingen and has completed a Master in the fields of Global Studies and Economic History, awarded jointly by the University Leipzig and the London School of Economics and Political Science.

This is where we have to think change: Change in politics and in our society is omnipresent. Hence, it is important that we understand change as a chance and seek to actively influence transitions. Looking at society as a whole, we can only succeed in doing so, when we do not speak about but with each other.

Hédi Körmendi

Hédi Körmendi has been on board at the Alfred Herrhausen Gesellschaft since 2023. The transformation towards a sustainable and resilient society is particularly close to Hédi's heart.

This is where we have to think change: I would like to see a (consciousness) shift towards a stronger "we" culture.
